I've been sporadic at best with my exercise the last week.  So I have to knuckle down and focus.  And check in for some accountability!  So here we go!

This morning I did 20 minutes (slow pace, my iPod battery was dead! DOH!) on the elliptical and a 20 minute walk.  Have another 20 minute walk planned at the end of the day.

I'd like to repeat the same routine tomorrow and Wednesday.  Thursday through Sunday will be shot to heck because I'll be at the Nashville dog show, but at least there I will be up and running around and climbing stairs all day!   So what I don't get from focused exercise I will get from working the show.

So what have you done today?  NEXT??

45 minutes for 9.5 miles on bike tonight...  was going to the Y, but Connor was home sick at Papa & Grandma's so I came right home after school.

Will bike again tomorrow night, after I get home from parent/ teacher conferences, and Wednesday I'll head back to the Y!

Next....

45 minutes on the bike?!?  OMG my butt is killing me just thinking about it.

Sorry to hear that Connor's not feeling well.  Hopefully a day of grandparents' love will make him feel better.

Hang in there tomorrow--sounds like you'll have a busy day.  How many students do you have and how many p/t conferences will you have to do tomorrow?  Too bad you can't keep a bike in the classroom so you could conference and work out at the same time, ha ha!

I have 9 on my caseload and I see the parents on a regular basis, so I probably won't have anyone show up tomorrow afternoon/evening, but I have to be there regardless!

If it looks like no one is coming, I'll put a note on my door and walk the around the school to get some exercise in while I'm killing three hours of time!!!!!
